​Our providers are well versed a a variety of psychotherapy modalities including ACT, CBT, Grief recovery, EMDR, Alcohol and drug counseling. Sessions are catered towards each person to reach specefic treatment goals that are developed in collaboration. Psychotherapy is provided in person and through telemedicine.

TRANSCRANIAL MAGNETIC STIMULATION (TMS)

Non-invasive treatment for depression and OCD without medication side effects. Safe magnetic pulses are delivered to targeted brain areas associated with mood and anxiety disorders. We offer traditional and advanced TMS approaches.
TELEMEDICINE

Since 2020 all of our providers have been providing the option of telemedicine appointments. Appointments are held on a confidential and HIPAA compliant platform. This effective treatment approach increases access and decreases the time burden for appointments.
